  • Earthquake Engineering and Seismic Retrofitting: Strategies for improving earthquake resilience of buildings and infrastructure.
  • Civil Engineering Informatics: Application of digital tools in planning, design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects.
  • Water Resources Engineering: Management of water resources, including hydrology, water supply, wastewater treatment, and flood control.
  • Geotechnical Engineering: Advances in soil mechanics and its application to foundation design and ground engineering systems.
